  • Start by selecting the package that best suits your needs.

  • Proceed to the ‘Design Survey Link’ and complete the form provided. This form is designed to gather all necessary details about your website project. After completing the form, click the 'Submit' button.

  • Once you've submitted your information, it will be emailed to our team and we will review the details you have provided and verify with you via email that they align with the package you've selected. 

  • Once you have confirmed the design survey review and are satisfied with the package selected, we will provide a contract and an invoice with payment options.

  • To commence the website refresh process, we will require you to upload your content, images, and product descriptions via Google Drive or Dropbox where all relevant parties can access all assets and materials.

  • With all materials in hand, our team will initiate the creative process of curating and refreshing your website. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the transformation.

  • Upon the completion of your website transformation, we will send you an email to deliver the instruction manual which will let you know how to review your new website. This will allow you to confirm that the updated website aligns with your vision and expectations.

  • After your confirmation and any necessary revisions, we will deliver the updated website theme to you, ensuring that you have full ownership and control over your website.
